Add/Drop Deadline
The final day to register for a full course load, adjust your schedule, or receive financial credit for dropped classes. After this date, changes typically require special approval and may result in fees or academic penalties.
Application for Graduation Deadline
This is the last day for eligible seniors to submit a graduation application. Filing by this deadline ensures you can participate in commencement and that your degree will be processed on time.
Audit Deadline (Bible Courses)
A specific date by which students must declare if they plan to audit a required Bible course. Auditing allows students to participate in the class without receiving a grade or credit, but this must be finalized by the stated deadline.
Course Withdrawal Deadline (“WF” Avoidance)
The final day to drop a class you are failing without receiving a grade of “WF” (Withdraw Failing), which can negatively impact your GPA.
Examination Prep Day
A designated day at the end of each semester for students to study and prepare before final exams begin. No regular classes are held.
Final Exam Period
Scheduled exam dates for each course. Exams must be taken during their assigned times unless an extreme hardship (such as illness or a family emergency) qualifies you for an exception. Travel plans are not valid reasons to reschedule.
Final Grades Due
The deadline for faculty to submit final grades to the Registrar’s Office. Students can typically view grades shortly afterward through the student portal.
Housing Deadlines (Open/Close)
These dates indicate when residence halls open for move-in and when they officially close at the end of a semester or during breaks. Be sure to plan your travel and housing accordingly.
Impact Day
A special day dedicated to service with no scheduled classes. Students are encouraged to participate in campus activities or service opportunities.
Incomplete Grade Deadline
If you received an “I” (Incomplete) grade in the previous semester, this is the final date to complete all remaining coursework. Failure to do so may result in the grade being changed to an “F.”
Lectures Week
A multi-day academic and spiritual event that includes guest speakers, classes, and campus-wide activities. Attendance may be required or strongly encouraged depending on your course schedule.
Move-In Dates
The official start of on-campus housing availability for each semester. New and returning students have designated move-in days and should check specific times for residence hall access and check-in.
New Student Orientation
A full-day event to welcome incoming students, introduce campus life, and complete final advising and registration steps. This orientation is required for all new freshmen and transfer students.
Registration Opens (New Term)
The day course registration begins for the upcoming semester. It’s recommended to meet with your academic advisor before this date to prepare your class schedule and avoid closed sections.
Spring Break / Fall Break
Scheduled academic breaks when no classes are held. Residence halls may close during these times, and students should plan accordingly.
Tuition Payment Deadline
Tuition balances must be paid in full or a payment plan established by this deadline. Students with unpaid balances may be dropped from classes or restricted from exam participation.
