In addition, as a community of Christians, Florida College is committed to upholding respect and the charge to, “…treat other people the same way you want them to treat you.” Matthew 7:12.

Florida College makes every effort to comply with legal requirements prohibiting, preventing, and responding to sexual misconduct against any member of the FC community. You may find full details in the Florida College Sexual Harassment, Discrimination and Misconduct Policy.

A person who has experienced a violation of the policy has the right to report that conduct 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and in most cases the right to request that an investigation stop at any point. Florida College will provide supportive measures to all parties from the beginning through the resolution of a reported incident.
