Florida College is celebrating its highest spring enrollment in the institution’s history. January 12 marked the official drop/add deadline at Florida College, and finalized the record-breaking spring semester enrollment of 513 students. This recent feat surpasses the College’s former spring record of 506, which was set in 2013, and shatters their 10-year average of 465.

In a ceremony after the College’s morning chapel, Director of Admissions and Retention Services Paul Casebolt thanked the many admissions counselors, faculty for the many ways they contributed to the effort, namely by making Florida College an attractive academic and spiritual environment. But Casebolt is already thinking ahead. “We’re already refocusing all of our efforts on the upcoming fall semester,” he said in anticipation of two upcoming prospective student preview days.

This year, Florida College hosts a diverse population of students, who hail from 36 states, including California and Alaska, as well as eight different nations, including Ireland, Romania and Serbia.
