Cross Country

The Florida College Cross Country program began in 2007, fueled by the talent of incoming “legacies” Cameron Aly ’09 and Jackson Wiley ’09.

That first year the team took fifth place overall in the national USCAA meet, and the following year they took fourth place. Every year the program grows stronger, and they consistently outrun much larger schools.

The cross country team begins formal practices in August, and competes in 5-6 meets every year. The season culminates with the national meet. The program is directed by coach Kenny Weliever.
