The FC Friends

Imagine singing with a complete band of your best friends backing you up. You charge into one of the most popular songs on the radio, as a cheer erupts from the eager audience...

Can you rock?  Can you roll?  Then you can be a Florida College Friend! This group of exceptional students is, hands down, the most popular musical group on campus.  Their exciting sets of popular music and showmanship bring the house down every time.        

The Florida College Friends have been pumping up the volume since the early 1970’s.  Administrators had been looking for a catchy way to get the word out about Florida College by providing people with a really great show and testimonials about the school.  Ever since, the Friends have been entertaining America. The group performs in local shows throughout the school year and also takes a month-long tour in May to promote the school and show off their talents around the country.  And they really do travel everywhere.  The tour schedules are on a three-year rotation and range from sea to shining sea - and even into Canada!

Competition is fierce.  Dozens audition, but only 10-11 students can be chosen for the “band.”  So tune up your guitar, warm up your voice and try out!  It’ll be the best time of your life.
