Henderson Dining Hall

Henderson Dining Hall is a relaxed, cafe style atmosphere that lets you choose whatever kind of lunch or dinner you feel like. Enjoy all-you-care-to-eat dining from stations featuring:

• Salad bar offering a medley of fresh fruits and vegetables
• Your favorite pizzas or grill items rotated daily
• Overstuffed deli sandwiches
• Asian cuisine, pastas, and wraps
• Homemade cakes, pies, cookies, and ice cream.

Students also love the Dining Hall's Java City coffee bar, where they can enjoy anything from Columbian Supremo to French Roast to Hazelnut Cream before an early morning class.

The Pelican Pouch

In addition to Henderson Dining Hall, students can also find food in the Student Center at the Pelican Pouch, a great place to get together with friends. You can find your favorite grilled sandwiches, fries, sweet and salty snacks and beverages. Stop by to grab a meal or a quick snack between classes.

The Pelican Pouch is open Monday-Friday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
