Chorus

The Chorus is the voice of Florida College. Their recordings and performances have encouraged and uplifted listeners for decades, and the Chorus is one of the most popular groups to be in on campus. Competition is intense; only 75 percent of those who audition make the cut. The group meets every weekday for college credit, advanced guidance under the direction of Jon Bassett, and a little fun along the way.

The Chorus performs a wide variety of music, both sacred and secular. The sacred songs are professionally recorded in the spring and available on CD shortly thereafter. Your time in Chorus and at FC becomes a permanent legacy on these albums. The group also hits the road every spring for a weeklong, whirlwind tour to different parts of the country.

Being in the Chorus provides a great way to connect to other students, explore your love and talent for singing, and ultimately edify others and magnify God with your voice.
