Campaign Phases and Goals

Initial Phase

FC will construct a single new facility to house all male residents of the College. Additionally, a state-of-the-art addition to historic Sutton Hall will better serve women students. The primary focus of the initial phase will be funding construction costs. The College will also seek to provide for future growth of its endowment through planned gift opportunities.

Future Phases

Long term plans for campus improvements include new academic buildings, a multi-purpose facility for athletics, performances and lectures, and upgrades of other facilities.

Colleges often experience a decline in annual giving during a capital campaign. FC annual giving includes vital scholarship funding such as Adopt. That is why we are asking our friends to give their campaign and annual gifts the utmost in prayerful, careful consideration.
