College Hall on track for fall opening

March 4, 2013

IMG_2336In step with their current expansion, Florida College announces the construction of its latest dormitory, College Hall.

The former men’s dormitory, originally named “C Dorm”, was erected in the summer of 1964 and originally accommodated 108 men with 12 in each of its nine suites. It now will meet the needs of the growing on-campus student body, and will house approximately 32 upper-division women. College Hall’s exterior façade will feature Mediterranean-style makeover to match Florida College’s Boswell and Terrace dormitories, student center and historic Sutton Hall, a local landmark of Temple Terrace.

Interior renovations are already underway and the dormitory will house students next fall.
